[edit] Pre-selecting your own submissions?
Hi, have you thought of pre-selecting yourself your best logo submission? Nothing in the rules of the contest is stopping your from having them all, but you might better better chances to your own submissions if you bet just on the one with the font you feel more appropriate. Note: this is just my opinion and I don't have any decision on the winning logo.--qgil 06:27, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for the thought. I had been debating that very thing in my own mind. Having variants available can either help or hurt depending on how the judging is being done. If it's a simple "one man, one vote" system then having a bunch of variants would hurt. If it's a small panel of judges they may well consider all the font variations as a single submission and choose the font they think is most appropriate. I'll have to look into how they're doing it, and possibly withdraw some entries. --narbat 14:47, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
