FREE-mantle is movement to ''Free our Phone''.

Ultimate goal is to have totally Free (as freedom) phone. This project is not competing with [http://wiki.maemo.org/CSSU CSSU] or [http://wiki.maemo.org/Kernel_Power PowerKernel], but using them and pushing results forward. This is not either competing with Debian/Ubuntu/Nemo/Fedora on N900, but hopefully producing building blocks for them also.
