Comments from TeroK moved to Talk:Extras-testing/QA Checklist
- As far as 'process tracing' and other process measurements by users, we ought to describe how one does this, at least give an idea of what tools are involved. (Jeremiah)
A lot is needed to move to Help testing software -article and make this and that synchronized so that there is no overlapping etc. --ossipena 07:48, 1 December 2009 (UTC)
Following comment moved from main page to here. Please consider that a wiki is no forum, and deleting huge passages of correct and informative text just to dump a rant without even any signature to show who's the author... that's not how a wiki should get used! A note to anonymous original author of that rant: Nokia won't probably read this wiki, and actually has dropped maemo at large, since quite some time now - just in case you didn't notice. So, considering these facts, please ponder what's the information you provided to your co-customers/users and if you maybe should choose a better channel than this wiki to let Nokia know about your feelings. Tip: Nokia Care

l find it unbelievable that you would knlignwoy fragment the installed base by not providing an update to 770. Not only are you letting the owners, your early adopters down, which is bad in itself, but screwing third party developers by doubling build-, test- and distribution workload is no way to build trust for the platform. Frankly, it shows Nokia has a few things to learn about the difference between closed and open systems.
