Maemo Summit 2009/Location
We need to choose the site, and once the site is chosen, co-ordinate for space requirements, infrastructure requirements, catering, and negotiate overall budget.

- What are our space requirements? (estimate min. and max. attendees and factor in popular vs unpopular sessions)
- What infrastructure will we need from the facility?

- Chairs

- Hang-out/demo space
- What infrastructure & "dressing" must we provide?
- On-site catering: what do we need? Coffee, beer, lunch?
- Do we deal with caterers directly, or go through the venue?
- What is the total budget for the facility?
