Umrah is the journey which muslims undertake to the holy city of Mecca. It is a voluntary spiritual journey which marks a pilgrim’s devotion and sanctity towards Allah (subḥānahu wataʿālā). This pilgrimage cleanses one’s soul off past sins and becomes an opportunity for seeking forgiveness from Allah(subḥānahu wataʿālā). However it is not an equivalent for Hajj, rather it is termed as a minor pilgrimage where one can ask for forgiveness in addition to limitless blessings.
It can be performed at any given time of the year except dhul-hijjah. It comprises of making seven rounds around the holy kaaba called Tawaf and Sai between Safa and Marwa. Wearing Ihram is a compulsion.

PAYMENT TERM
●INR 9,999/- at the time of booking ● 50% amount to be paid before booking ●Balance and rest of the amount to be paid after issuing of visa, insurance, hotel and ransport ●we accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. No cash will be accepted
CANCELLATION POLICY
● 50% Amount (paid before the booking) + 9,999 (paid at the time of booking) are not refundable
●Fully non-refundable packages. No claims will be entertained during cancellation

●No refunds can be claimed if the person fails to get a clearance at immigration due to any government policy/rule or covid guidelines
NOTE (TERMS AND CONDITIONS)
●Vaccination certificate proving that the person is fully vaccinated
●Any fluctuation in airfare or visa fee will have to be paid before departure
●No child fare applicable in low cost/ budget airlines
●Rates may fluctuate during festive season ( Muharram, Ramadan,Eid and Eid-Milad-Un-Nabi etc)
●1 SAR= 20.80 INR but if SAR fluctuates then the amount have to paid before departure
●Hotel with similar qualities and amenities will be provided in case the chosen hotel happens to be unavailable due to service factors
●The distance from Haram sharif and Masjid e Nabawi till hotel may vary on different platforms ( we measure distance from the boundary of Haram sharif and Masjid e Nabawi till the hotel)
●Tour dates and tours programs are provisional and subject to change without any notice
●Tour operator will not be held responsible for the lost luggage
●Talbiya Umrah kit have to be collected from our office
●Laundry service will be provides 2 × in Mecca and 2 × in Medina
●scheduled timings should be followed for Ziyarat and meals
●Toiletries like buckets and towels will not be provided in the hotels of Mecca and Medina
●We are not responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
●Pilgrims requiring wheelchair should carry their own wheelchair
●We will not be held responsible for any delay, rejection and/or any mistake in Umrah visa from KSA embassy and visa fees is non refundable
●In the case of PASSPORT SEND TO EMBASSY, the concerned person’s passport will be sent to the embassy which will be charged INR 1500/-. The process might take 3 to 4 working days. If the process is done through courier then charged may vary

Tentative day to day itinerary
Day 1---- the group will fly to Jeddah from India. AC Deluxe buses will take the group to Mecca hotel. After checking in the tour guide will take the group for Umrah Day 2--- visit Haram Sharif Day 3--- ziyarat at local shrines with the assistance of experienced tour guide Day 4--- visit Haram sharif Day 5--- visit Haram sharif and perform 2nd Umrah at Masjid Asha in the supervision of tour guide but pilgrims have to arrange for their own transportation Day 6--- perform 3rd Umrah and visit Masjid Asha but arrange for your own transportation
Day7---visit Haram sharif and/or take a tour of Jeddah as per your convenience
Day 8---Pack your bags as we will be leaving for Medina Day 9--- after relaxing visit Masjid e Nawabi Day 10--- visit Majid E Nawabi Day 11--- visit Masjid E Nawabi Day 12--- go on ziyarat tour in the shrines of Medina Day 13--- visit Masjid E Nawabi Day 14--- visit Masjid E Nawabi Bay 15--- reach airport with your luggage to board the flight to India
