This is a brief introduction for new maemo users or people who are concidering to buy a device with maemo os.
The point for this page is to keep it as user friendly as possible and reading this shouldn't require any knowledge about internet tablets, linux, software development, ...
What is maemo?
Maemo isn't only an operating system based on linux, it is also about everything around the operating system. The community consists from downloads, community, development, news and talk.
