It looks like rootsh doesn't work anymore, at least on my N900.

* fix /var/lib/dpkg/info/rootsh.prerm, adding '''then''' to the script: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=42327

* completely uninstall rootsh, from Application Manager

* install rootsh again.

Now both '''sudo gainroot''' and '''root''' works again.
