I'll be attending [http://www.microsoft.com/finland/techdays/techdays2010/default.htm TechDays Helsinki 2010] at Messukeskus, Helsinki at 9-10.3.2010, as I won a ticket to there from MobileDevCamp!

So I went TechDays and oh boy it sure was made clear it is a M$ event :/ The topics were all sounding nice, but obviously skewed to MS products alone, so the day one for me was mostly for socializing with the few guys I knew and who were there too.

Give me a holler if you'll be there too!

Oh, the non-MS seminars about [http://www.videonet.fi/microsoft/techdays2010/206/6/ multicore processing by Intel guys] was great and D3D11-infested seminar about [http://www.videonet.fi/microsoft/techdays2010/207/7/ using graphics chip for generic processing] by Nixu was ok.

Day two was more interesting. It was still MS branded and all, but the mobile development track begun. It was somewhat about new [http://www.videonet.fi/microsoft/techdays2010/207/ke1/ Windows Phone 7 Series] [http://www.videonet.fi/microsoft/techdays2010/207/ke2/ [2]], but the keynotes by [http://www.videonet.fi/microsoft/techdays2010/207/ke4/ Sami Paihonen about crossplatform UX creation], and [http://www.videonet.fi/microsoft/techdays2010/207/ke5/ Jouni Mannonen about Crossplatform mobile development] were truly worth it.

The event in general were very nicely organized, the premises were nice, the food and servings were great and the evening program was ok too. There was a lot of stands with lots of giveaways and competitions etc. Kudos to organizers!
