:::::Let's say €400 for accomodation expenses limit and anything over that is split between participant and Nokia? Clarify that all meals are excluded unless included in the hotel rates, too? --[[User:jaffa|Jaffa]] 15:11, 17 July 2008 (UTC) | :::::Let's say €400 for accomodation expenses limit and anything over that is split between participant and Nokia? ::::::We need to find a simple and sane way to deal with it. The easiest for the accountants is to pay just what says in the invoice. Anything departing from there is just complex. I' ok fixing the '''reference''' limit at 400€. If someone goes beyond that point no problem. If someone goes far beyond but taking out breakfast things look better no problem. If we talk about limits, splitting, refactoring, recalculating... then we have a lot of hassle paying back expenses to every extra participant.--[[User:qgil|qgil]] 18:19, 17 July 2008 (UTC) | ::::::We need to find a simple and sane way to deal with it.
