Revision as of 20:12, 3 August 2011

This is to outline a couple of the programs I've written for the n900.

These are not Qt/... apps, so if that is a hard requirement, thanks for the effort you're putting into reading the applications.

Power Managment

Firstly, the script, to measure power and wake events on the N900.

This is to enable application developers a chance to easily see if there are any obvious power implications of changes to their code, or to QA other peoples apps.

Battery age

Another script is http://wiki.maemo.org/index.php?title=User_talk:Speedevil/Ohm . This provides a measure of the the batteries age. This I intend to expand to a more user-usable tool.

My earlier application contains more information, and plans. http://wiki.meego.com/index.php?title=User_talk:Speedevil/Projects

Hostmode

I am one of the authors of the hostmode project for n900

I regret I've not been able to devote as much time as I planned to the n950 project, and have been only keeping up with IRC, and reading background. This is as I was not anticipating being able to run n950 or n9 apps in the future - funding is a problem, so other things got priority.
