general guidelines

this page should contain some guidelines for authors and censors, so that it is clear what is the kind of content that will be marked for deletion
on the page and it was removed and I was asked to put discussion about deletion in the Talk, that is: here. obviously each deletion has to be discussed, but I'm looking for some general guidelines that will help me write things which will not be removed from this wiki. what is accepted and what can be expected to be marked for removal. where can I find these guidelines? I thougth would be the best place for it, since I will be pointed to this page if my page is marked for deletion.
by the way, is it possible, when adding a comment, to have it automatically signed? user:mfrasca
