Portrait mode can now be [[Community_SSU/Features#Available_as_of_20.2010.36-2maemo12_.28PR_1.3.3.7-6.29|forced on all applications]] as part of the [[Community SSU]]. Not all applications work perfectly. Details of the compatibility of applications with portrait mode is compiled below.

The purpose of <code>forcerotation</code> is [http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p=953421&postcount=969 ''not'' to enable system-wide portrait for end-users].
