There already existing some [https://bugs.maemo.org/buglist.cgi?keywords=non-optified bugs in bugs.maemo.org] for packages/applications which are [https://bugs.maemo.org/describekeywords.cgi non-optified]. But here is the place to have a list of all applications apart from being in bugs.maemo.org. You can use [[Opt_Problem#Tool_for_detection_of_non-optified_packages|this tool (Storage Usage)]] for visual analysis.
