* I (jsmanrique) would like talking about elisator project and how Easy library has helped and how could be improved. Elisator has been developed for cow's milk analisys and it has been funded by FAO.--jsmanrique  14:25, 29 July 2008 (UTC)

* Eduardo Lima (Etrunko) would like to talk about the QEdje library which is being developed in INdT. This presentation will be focused on demos and much shorter than the one presented in Akademy this year by Leonardo Sobral and Artur Souza. You can find a preview on Youtube. --etrunko 18:43, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

:May I add it to the program??? Friday or Saturday session?? --etrunko 20:01, 26 August 2008 (UTC)

::Added. I have also reorganized the sessions attempting to group those with a similar topic. Looking at the timing it seems that we have fully packed for both days. Can we consider the call for lightning sessions closed?--qgil 11:56, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

::: Here's my vote for "yes." There are plenty! --timsamoff 13:27, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

I will continue to accept requests to speak, but I can't make any guarantee that the schedule will accommodate more peopleIf I have scheduled any conflicts for presenters please let me know.  brontide 15:24, 7 August 2008 (UTC)

List below your proposals for activities. They are thought to be highly participative i.e. discussion about an area of the platform, workshops, etcI have promoted many proposals onto the main pageIf you need longer than a half an hour slot then let me know.

:Is it possible to schedule the maemo.org website redesign meeting in a slot where there is nothing about packaging, publishing, Extras or anythin website related at the same time. I need to be at those and it is generating conflicts at the moment. Thanks! --xfade 06:52, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

::If I have to make another change I will keep that in mind.  The problem is that no time is perfect for everyone and I have already moved it once because some people were leaving early.  brontide 13:17, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

:::Well, yes, but xfade aka Niels Breet is the maemo.org webmaster AND the responsable of maemo.org extras packaging tools. He really needs to be present and active in both sessions. For instance, what about moving the maemo.org redesign session to 13h instead of "maemo.org extras Package Cleanup Sprint". Anyway, dos it make sense to have this packaging sprint session in 30'? This is too short time to get any result isn't it.--qgil 21:04, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

::::All that needed to be said is that he is participating in both sessions.  I had a request from Dave that it be earlier.  I have moved the website session to the 15:00 block and swapped it with clutter.  If 30 minutes is too short for package cleanup I have a jalimo session I could schedule in one of those blocks.  brontide 03:23, 9 August 2008 (UTC)

* Proposal for some changes in the morning: 9:30 100Days - 10:00 Community council - 10:30 Future of extras (only, the other 2 sessions about packaging go to the afternoon) - 11:00 We are not users - 11:30 Lightning - 12:00 break until 12:30 and then 3 tracks until the last wrap up session in the big room.
-
These are proposals that came in after the schedule was filled.  If I need to shuffle the schedule or if presenters drop out I will try and get these scheduled.

* 1h break for lunch at 14h like the previous day.--qgil 20:21, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

* The 3 tracks could be organized more or less like this: one for hardcore/platform development (e.g. DSP), one for average application developers (eg. the packaging stuff) and one with topics accessible for non-developers (e.g. UI guide) + the Talk:Maemo_Summit_2008#Introduction_to_Maemo_hacking.3F that still needs to be scheduled. There will be anyway overlaps and difficult decisions, but at least this will favour less nomadism between spaces all the time, and someone lazy could stay in the same room if the previous topic was in target.--qgil 20:21, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

* What about changing Maemo Community 2009 for 2010 Agenda? This will need a lot of input and work from the community to be something really pushed not only by Nokia with its community hat. In mid September 2009 is around the corner anyway, it's not mid term view anymore. --qgil 20:21, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

* "Why do we do it?": how I got involved in free software, the lessons I have learned from it by Dave Neary
+
:Thanks for the change but... Now there are 2 sessions about 2010 Agenda? I think the last session on Saturday is enough.--qgil 19:57, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

* Lightning talk KDE on maemo: by Marijn Kruisselbrink (arriving friday during lunch in Berlin)

::Hmm... maybe a session on one of the other community topics like Remarkable community software.  brontide 00:02, 2 August 2008 (UTC)

: We will squeeze in 5 more minutes for the session, have fun. brontide 00:37, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
