Is there any way we can remove about 3/4 of the headings, demote most of the H1s and H2s to H2s and H3s, or split the page into several sub-pages? For my part, someone coming to the page looking for policy will probably start to be interested around the chapter "The Maemo archives". I think that the headings should stay, and the [[:wikipedia:Template:TOC_limit|TOC limit template]] should be used, if this bothers people. Personally, I would just leave the page as is, as browsing through the table of contents and clicking links is quite convenient. Limiting the TOC depth will make that harder.
