Looks good! I would remove one level of navigation myself and include the questions under Hardware, Software, etc.
The other suggestion I would make in the guidelines is that if the answer is long, it should have a separate article pointed to from the answer here, organised in the wiki page hierarchy in its own right. Unless of course the answer really is two sentences. I see you have mostly done this already - perhaps it's just a case of codifying this in "FAQ guidelines" or something.
Do you think this is good to go live with that change? I think so.
