Maemo Summit 2009/Registration

We will use the same registration module which was used last year to make things simple. We will need a separate new database for people to register.

Registration allows us to estimate the required quantity of things like food, t-shirts, conference space.

  • Set up new database and registration application
  • What is the cost for attending? Free last year, assume it should be free this year again.
  • Target registration count: 300. What is the event capacity? At what stage do we shut down registrations?
  • Attendee badges - design, printing, include schedule on back?
  • Welcome desk - need volunteers to assist attendees, give their badges, give directions
