[edit] Remove chapter "Adding help"

I'm not sure if the "Adding help" chapter still applies to Fremantle, I think hildon_help_show() is removed there. libhildonhelp isn't on the device and it's also not mentioned under http://maemo.org/development/sdks/maemo_5_api_documentation/

I suggest to remove that chapter. Can somebody please verify?
