2.1.1.xxx Where xxx is Country Code
Currently in the "2.1.1 List of mms parameters per country and per provider" section, the countries listed are "2.1.1.1 USA, 2.1.1.2 Italy, 2.1.1.3 Country of your choice" in that order. Rather than have the countries scrambled in the random order that people will add them to the wiki, may I suggest listing each country by its country calling code? i.e. 2.1.1.1 USA, 2.1.1.39 Italy, etc. Or just alphabetically?
