this is bme charging with screen always on - as an instance of arbitrary consumers increasing system current intake above the charge end detection threshold of bq24150 charger chip. Charging will never stop, keeping cell floating a max voltage, with current oscillating around zero in both directions charging and discharging, depending on minimal charge voltage changes caused by system intake current variations.
