<DocScrutinizer05> on a last remark: since freenode *official* GC procedure is dysfunct as explained in top of https://freenode.net/group_registration.shtml, I had a lot of talks to freenode staff to finally come up with this solution how to handle the whole issue. The sending of a mail - preferably by primary GC (xfade) - to freenode staff been what freenode admins (/stats -p) suggested to me [2014-08-27 Wed 00:03:48] <DocScrutinizer05> it probably will help A LOT when in parallel, x-fade contacts one of freenode staff on IRC (channel #freenode) and asks if this mail actually made it to the right destination [2014-08-27 Wed 00:54:21] <DocScrutinizer05> @staff: which is the right email *freenode.? address for a GC to send a request for creating secondary GCs?
